Anupam's brief biography

Anupam Razdan is the Subject Matter Expert in Electronic Discovery at Axiom, a new model firm providing the first real alternative to BigLaw for complex legal work. Working for Axiom’s Managed Discovery Services, Anupam’s practice combines the often disparate fields of technology, law and economics in the area of e-discovery.

Prior to joining Axiom, Anupam was the first Electronic Discovery Counsel for Accenture, where he led initiatives to cut discovery cost per custodian by over 50%, saved over $12M by using an overseas review for a UK litigation matter and developed the internal playbook for the Electronic Discovery practice. Prior to joining Accenture, Anupam spent 7 years as an independent consultant, both as an attorney as well as an engineer.

Anupam received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and his B.S. in Engineering Mechanics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kimberly's brief biography

Kimberly Williams is the Director Service Control for Axiom Managed Services. Axiom, a new model firm offering the first real alternative to Biglaw for complex legal work, operates its Managed Services offering to run big, complex projects and end-to-end solutions. Prior to joining Axiom, Kimberly practiced commercial litigation at Carter, Ledyard & Milburn and Loeb & Loeb.

Kimberly holds a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is a subject matter expert on the use of Six Sigma in high volume document reviews and other legal processes, having applied these tools in both the United States and India.

Kimberly received her A.B. From Harvard University and her J.D. from Columbia Law School. Prior to entering law, Kimberly worked briefly as a literary agent, with clients randing from Jenny McCarthy to Jayson Blair.
