Todd's brief biography

Todd Silberman is General Counsel for Mesilla Valley Transportation, one of the largest locally-owned transportation providers in Western Texas and Southern New Mexico specializing in time sensitive service between major manufacturing areas in the U.S., Canada and Mexico borders. Prior to joining MVT, Mr. Silberman served as Vice President and General Counsel of Express Carriers, an international logistics company.

Todd has over 16 years experience in litigation, employment, banking, and real estate matters, as well as resolving claims with federal and state agencies, including the EEOC, US DOT, IRS and others. He holds licenses in Texas, Michigan, the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple other federal courts.
